Her knowledge of the laws helped me from being bullied at one point. initially when looking Rachel knew the area we were interested in, and she came with a bunch of houses to view, she was very thorough when we were looking at them pointing out potential problems and trouble spots the lay person would walk by with a second look. very happy Rachel always picked up my calls, questions were answered quickly.
